Work Projects approved by the Architecture and Public Works Directorate with Sofia Municipality on January 23, 2008.
Construction Permit No.15/January 24, 2008, issued by APWD-SM.
Construction site opened March 7, 2008.
Construction Line and Level Protocol dated March 7, 2008.
Launch Date (Usage Permit) – June 30, 2010.


CONTENT

The residential building has one entrance.
The floors are served by an elevator by the stairway. The elevator has a luxury design, an Italian engine, automatic stops and a frequency regulator for smooth start-up and stopping. The elevator shaft is soundproof.
