The construction is carried out in accordance with:
Research and Design Permit dated March 12, 2008.
Work Projects approved by the Architecture and Public Works Directorate with Sofia Municipality on July 29, 2008.
Construction Permit No. 514/August 06, 2008, issued by APWD-SM.
Construction site opened September 25, 2008.
Construction Line and Level Protocol dated September 25, 2008.

 

Building 1 - Compleated Building issued with "use permit"

Building 2 - Launch Date (Usage Permit) – December, 2012.

CONTENT

The residential building has two entrances. The floors are served by a elevator by the stairway. The elevator has a luxury design, hydraulic engine, automatic stops and a frequency regulator for smooth start-up and stopping.

The building comprises:

  • BASEMENT - underground garages and cellars
  • GROUND FLOOR - shops and garages
  • MEZZANINE - offices
  • RESIDENTIAL FLOORS - 8 standard floors - 8 apartments and 1 studio are distributed on each floor
