Work Projects approved by the Architecture and Public Works Directorate with Sofia Municipality on April 23, 2008.
Construction Permit No. 78/April 24, 2008, issued by APWD-SM.
Construction site opened June 2, 2008.
Construction Line and Level Protocol dated June 2, 2008.
Launch Date (Usage Permit) – August 30, 2010.

 

CONTENT

The residential building has a single entrance. The floors are served by a elevator by the stairway. The elevator has a luxury design, hydraulic engine, automatic stops and a frequency regulator for smooth start-up and stopping.

  • RESIDENTIAL FLOORS - 4 standard floors - 5 apartments are distributed on each floor
